As we come to the end of an unforgettable term at Barrow Hills, we’re able to take a moment to celebrate the many achievements of the past few months and look ahead to the New Year with excitement.

From welcoming new children to strengthening friendships across year groups, this term has been full of memorable moments. Our children excelled in sports, expressed their creativity and brought energy and curiosity to the classroom. Highlights included the Pre-Prep Nativity, our Christmas Market, Fireworks Night, The Snow & Glow Run and a wonderful Year 8 performance of ‘Shakespeare in Love’. We also saw incredible academic growth, with children pushing their limits in every subject and showing real teamwork. As the festive season approaches, we reflect on the joy, resilience and community spirit that make Barrow Hills such a special place to learn and grow.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We’re still glowing after our Santa Glow Run! ✨

Yesterday, our Year 5 and above children had a one-of-a-kind chance to enjoy a Christmas-themed run.

With festive lights, music and everyone dressed in their Santa gear, the holiday spirit was truly alive. 🎅💫

What an exciting weekend at Barrow Hills!

We had a brilliantly successful Christmas Market on Saturday which was filled with festive arts and crafts sellers, warming bowls of chilli, sweet treats a plenty and mulled wine. A huge thank you to our team at Barrow Hills and the wonderful stallholders who made it such a smooth running and magical day.

It was wonderful to see so many of our School community come together, supporting each other, supporting local businesses and getting into the festive swing of things!

Plans are already in place for next year’s Market, so if you are a local artist, artisan or crafter, please do get in touch and join us. We look forward to seeing you there!
