This week during PSHE, Year 5 talked about stress and how we are able to reduce it and feel better. Madame Early suggested a few ideas for the children including going for a walk and taking photos of signs of spring, doing some yoga or meditation or thinking about other fun and inventive ways they might like to relax away from a screen.
Max went for a ride across stunning countryside, Dulsie read to an extremely good listener and after having been for a walk, Clara drew a beautiful picture for her Dad.
